User Obligations and Conduct

    • Payment of fees

  • All payments made to KAQITECH LLC are final. Refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances. Exceptions may apply in cases such as service non-delivery, disputes, or billing errors. Clients are encouraged to contact Kaqitech LLC for resolution of any payment-related issues within 14 days of the transaction. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and transparency while maintaining the integrity of our services.

    • Client Responsibility for Documentation

  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted documentation, including but not limited to identification records, financial information, and service requests. KAQITECH LLC will not be held liable for errors in client-submitted documents. To assist clients, we will provide detailed submission guidelines and recommended best practices to ensure accuracy. Clients are encouraged to review these guidelines thoroughly before document submission to avoid processing delays or service issues.

    • Accuracy of Information

  • Clients must ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information provided. Inaccurate or incomplete details may result in delays, service interruptions, or other issues, for which KAQITECH will not be held responsible. It's important for clients to understand that these consequences could impact the timely and efficient delivery of services.

    • Termination Clause

  • KAQITECH reserves the right to terminate access to its services at its discretion for violations of terms, non-payment, or other breaches. Users may terminate their access at any time by following the proper procedures. Termination does not relieve users of any financial obligations, and any outstanding fees must be paid. KAQITECH may withhold payments until obligations are met and take necessary actions to protect its services or legal interests.

    • Limitation of Liability

  • KAQITECH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services, even if KAQITECH has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of KAQITECH for any claims under these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the services in question.

    • Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.

    • Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of KAQITECH services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs, except that the arbitrator may award costs and reasonable attorney's fees to the prevailing party.

    • Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • KAQITECH reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or website updates, and the revised terms will take effect 7 days after the notification. Continued use of our services after this period will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
